Job Description
BrainShare Technologies is inviting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme for the Account Trainee position. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in Accounting and Finance while gaining practical experience with a leading telecommunications and managed IT services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory remittances.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of financial records and supporting documents.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Support audit preparations and carry out other accounting-related assignments as required.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have 0–1 year of post-graduation work experience.
- Demonstrate good knowledge and practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Have strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Reside within or around Iyana Oworo, Ketu, Ogudu, Gbagada, Bariga, Yaba, Surulere, Lekki, Ajah, or other Lagos Island axis locations.
- Candidates currently pursuing ICAN Professional Examinations will have an added advantage.
