About the YEIDEP Program 2026

The Youth Economic Intervention and De-Radicalization Programme (YEIDEP) is a government initiative focused on tackling youth unemployment, poverty, and the associated impacts on restiveness, radicalization, and insecurity in Nigeria. The program’s goal is to empower Nigerian youth by providing them with economic opportunities that enable them to become entrepreneurs, job creators, and contributors to national development.
