Job Description 

As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) deployed to one of our leading banking partners, you will be the “face” of the institution. In the fast-paced world of Nigerian banking, the CSO plays a critical role in maintaining customer loyalty and ensuring operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the delicate balance between strict financial protocols and warm, empathetic customer engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • ​Process and record customer transactions accurately
  • ​Open and maintain customer accounts
  • ​Update customer records and manage database
  • ​Promote and cross-sell bank products and services
  • ​Support business development team with customer Engagement.

Requirements:

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • ​Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center role
  • ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ​Familiarity with CRM systems
  • ​Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • ​High level of professionalism and attention to detail
